I recently purchased a 2020 Outback from John Barravecchio. I was very weary of the car buying experience because not only is it normally a major headache but now with a pandemic it’s also a bit Barravecchio. I was very weary of the car buying experience because not only is it normally a major headache but now with a pandemic it’s also a bit scary to interact socially. John handled everything we could over the phone and email. Once I got to the dealership John continued his amazing service and practiced all proper measures for practicing social distancing and wearing a mask. I was in and out of the dealership in under 45 minutes and that includes the test drive! Honestly, I feel like this pandemic shed a light on the car buying industry. I feel like because John and I were able to do most of the business virtually he was also free to help more clients than just me at one time. It was stress free, not intimidating and all around THE most positive experience buying a car that I’ve ever had. I will spread the word about how amazing John is and the dealership as a whole! My wife and I have been contemplating getting a new family vehicle since our first child was born late last year. Having poor experiences with a local car dealership, we extended our search to the Phoe family vehicle since our first child was born late last year. Having poor experiences with a local car dealership, we extended our search to the Phoenix area and with an online inquiry I was lucky enough to end up with John Barravecchio. He contacted me with a written out email and not a copy/paste as I’d gotten elsewhere. He answered my questions precisely, was available when I had follow up questions, and didn’t rush us or put pressure on us in any way. I would, without question, send any friends or acquaintances to John at this dealership or any other he chooses to work at in the future. Subaru Superstore is lucky to have him as an employee as his method of sales was the major deciding factor in us purchasing from this location. Both cars are doing great and that may not be a surprise. The dealer in both cases was an excellent experience. Just a couple weeks ago we worked with Johnny Barravecchio on our outback. The whole experience was nothing like the stereotypical dread of a working with a dealer. Johnny was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the cars as well as the process. What he may not know off the top of his head he was quick to get an accurate answer for. He allowed us to walk away with no pressure and provided information for us as we researched facts on our own time. When we were ready to commit he was available and ready to help us out at a moments notice. He worked at getting us a very respectable value for our trade in vehicle as well as a respectable price for the Outback we purchased. With that said, I don't remember the names of the other folks we worked with at the Subaru Superstore but we had a great experience all around. Bottom line, would I consider purchasing another car from here. As I mentioned this is our second Subaru from here and I would still recommend a purchase from here. A full 5 stars. More

I must admit my husband did most of the work but I will say that in the end, John came through and we got a good trade-in amount for my car and a good deal with the new Crosstrek.
