He was patient, attentive, and knowledgeable, assisting us through the process while understanding our needs and not trying to push us into a direction we weren't comfortable with. John kept in constant contact with us from beginning to end, going on multiple test drives, tailoring and personalizing the entire experience. He went above and beyond in every aspect. We were given a true luxury experience, even after we shifted our focus from a brand-new car to a used one, the experience didn't change at all. Whether you're looking for something right off the line, or something a few years older, John Barstow will treat you with respect, dignity, and deliver a memorable client experience. We are incredibly grateful for his patience and transparency throughout the process and would highly recommend John and Lexus of Watertown to anyone about to enter the car market. As someone who rarely leaves reviews, this experience was very much worth sharing and deserves all the praise mentioned above. More
