Not only did he guide me through every step of the process, he also took the time to show me the function of each and every button in the car. I would highly recommend working with him if you want an exciting stress free process. Their facilities are so clean, comfortable and beautiful (and they have great hot chocolate). I decided to stop in Lexus of Watertown on a whim and I’m glad I did. Leon Barnes made buying out my leased car and getting me into a beautiful 2020 NX300 Hybrid with such ease. I strongly recommend him as a salesperson in the Lexus of Watertown. He worked hard with the Sales Manager to get me the best deal. When I picked up the vehicle he took the time to teach me the different features of the car as well as the services/amenities available to me at this location. Additionally, the Finance Manager, Michael Taddi, made the financial paperwork process very quick and was extremely helpful with explaining the difference insurance coverages that were available to me.
