I purchased a car from here sight unseen and drove 4. 5 hours to get it. I always have my guard up when buying a car because it often feels like someone is trying to slip in hidden costs or talk you into 5 hours to get it. However, I quickly learned that this dealership operates with integrity. John Deloach was knowledgeable, patient, and never pressured me. In fact, I was also considering a car from another dealer, and John helped me understand what to look for—he was 100% right. He genuinely cared about helping me make the best decision, whether or not I bought from him (though of course, he would’ve appreciated the business). The finance director, Jeff Quinn, demonstrated the same integrity. He simply explained what was available to me—never once pressuring me or trying to upsell anything. I already had an excellent interest rate and he was able to find a better one. Then the taxes came in lower then the original quote. Again, where they could of taken advantage, they did not! I truly hope this dealership continues operating this way, because this was by far the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Kudos to this dealership for offering the best market prices and, more importantly, for having integrity. I wish you all the best! Would recommend over and over! More

John got me into a car, the one I wanted, at a good price. Working with him was a pleasure. The only thing I wish could be different was the interest rate, which thought was high compared to my previous car-buying experiences. However, I’ve read that is a standard Toyota practice and makes me less keen on them. 10 stars to John though! He was a fantastic, memorable salesman. More
