Excellent, personable, efficient Service After enjoying my MacanS for the last 2 years, I looked into Porsche's early lease return program after I heard of the redesign of the 2019 Macan. John Beech quickly helped me identify a new MacanS that I drove home last night. John was diligent in finding the vehicle in transit to US. He kept me informed the whole time. I came on a Sunday morning to exchange cars. I spent less than 90 minutes turning in my lease, signing papers for my new car. John then went over the new features of the 2019 model. The car is a marvel of engineering and comfort. John worked hard to get me the car, as it is a popular color this year. I am grateful for his efficient help. With regards to the financial transaction, Adam Avalos once again was superb. No hard sells here. A pleasure to deal with the Walters Porsche Team. everyone is friendly and helpful. More

First of all John is extremely personable and professional. He knows the vehicles well. He took all the time necessary to review and show me current Macan and Macan S vehicles in the inventory. John also made himself readily available after the sale by phone to answer questions. I used the Costco program and traded in a 2018 Porsche 911 receiving very fair trade market value in the process. I’d like to mention that my previous buying experience with John in September of 2017 was similarly positive. Vehicle services were completed in satisfactory and timely manner. The entire Riverside Porsche team are All Stars in my opinion! More

I only say this because I really had every intention on purchasing a Corvette replacement for my recently totaled Corvette. But I rationalized a bit longer with myself, after all I was over 70, and this WAS going to be my last car. So with that, I ranted over my shoulder at the Salesman at the Chevy dealership and told him to hold that thought...I had vehicles to drive! Believe me, I tried them all. My poor husband in tow, who couldn’t even fit into most of them, wander patiently and diligently behind me. Took the whole weekend. Just when I thought we tried them all, The Porsche Dealership loomed in front of me. Tired and ready to go get my Corvette I reminded myself of my deal and in we went. Nice to meet you John. John Beech. Not really interested.....but show me. Fast Forward.... John. John Beech sold me a Porsche. A top of the line, every option available including an “Old Lady” 24 hour hotline, 911 Carrera Cabriolet S. WITHOUT TAKING A TEST DRIVE!!!!!!!!! I never rate or review things, but any salesman that can slip this old crows feathered xxx into this high end car AFTER it was purchased has the feathers of an eagle! Good going John.
