Koons finally fixed my wife's brand new 2026 Land Cruiser after 4 months! My wife got the OEM roof rack removed in Jan 2026 when she bought the vehicle and Koons let her take it home with tape covering the h after 4 months! My wife got the OEM roof rack removed in Jan 2026 when she bought the vehicle and Koons let her take it home with tape covering the holes in the roof only for me (her husband) to discover it! When I took it back to get it properly fixed, they sent it home with only 4 of 6 clip-on gaskets installed! After some time we noticed it and found water in the vehicle! Today I had them come pick up the vehicle and they dropped it off with the clips still missing! So this afternoon I had to have them drop off the parts so I could install them in my driveway (Apr 2026). The staff are so incompetent that they couldn't find their way out of a wet paper bag! Avoid at all costs because they are as shady as can be More

We have always admired the staff without exception. Matt Ragsdale is extraordinary and everybody else we’ve dealt with recently has gone out of his or her way, especially David McDermott, John Boehm, A Matt Ragsdale is extraordinary and everybody else we’ve dealt with recently has gone out of his or her way, especially David McDermott, John Boehm, Ali, the cashier, Keith the head of rentals and Carli, his Deputy, have all been wonderful. I say this at a time when my wife and I are disputing a decision of Toyota headquarters to charge us for $2496.87 to replace an original faulty exhaust pipe system the failure of which could have caused us to run off the road at high speed on an interstate highway system.
