After having disappointing experiences at other dealerships, we were glad we made the drive to Miracle Ford. Olivia, Cobey and the entire team were so kind, not pushy and the cars we viewed were ke dealerships, we were glad we made the drive to Miracle Ford. Olivia, Cobey and the entire team were so kind, not pushy and the cars we viewed were kept in very good condition. They went above and beyond to make the process easy. KJ, helped me get into a certified pre-owned vehicle in 2018 that I absolutely LOVE! Not only did Mr. Johnson help me get into a great vehicle at an affordable price, he has helped me beyond the sale any 2018 that I absolutely LOVE! Not only did Mr. Johnson help me get into a great vehicle at an affordable price, he has helped me beyond the sale anytime I have ever had questions or concerns. My service needs have been few but when they did happen thanks to KJ and his support I was always taken care of and helped through the process. I would recommend you go see KJ down at Miracle Ford in Gallatin if you are in need of good vehicle and excellent service!!! More

I had to give a 1 star rating just to write a review this dealership really is a zero in my opinion! Let me start my review. Aug 26th pulled in dealership to check out new cars my one and ONLY stipulation wa dealership really is a zero in my opinion! Let me start my review. Aug 26th pulled in dealership to check out new cars my one and ONLY stipulation was I wanted a sun roof. They had no cars in my price range for that to happen but told me to come back the next day they had a car wanted to me to look at so I did again that car did not have a sun roof then I was told they can put on in for me, Great I thought and I purchased the car got a call 9/3 needing pictures so they can put in sunroof, gave pictures requested and got “CRICKETS” for 3 weeks so I called and was informed can not find anyone to put in sunroof due to how my roof is made so will cut me a check for the difference. Well guess what 2 weeks later no check no return calls from anyone! This place sucks and I will be spreading the word so no one has to go through what I have in the past 2 months! More

Both the sales manager (John) and the salesperson (Charlie)were outstanding. I would buy another vehicle and will do that. Great pre and post delivery service.
