I had to call multiple times to ask for updates on my car. The only time they called me was when it was finally done. They had my car for over a week without even looking at it, after I had to wait over car. The only time they called me was when it was finally done. They had my car for over a week without even looking at it, after I had to wait over two weeks for the next available appointment. I ended up having to purchase a rental car (which was not reimbursed.) The only positives were that the employee John was nice enough during our interactions and helped me with my billing. More
