SIrs, John in your maintenance department really helped me out. I brought my 22 Kia Telluride because I found oil spots under the car. I was afraid it was brake fluid or transmission fluid as it seemed t me out. I brought my 22 Kia Telluride because I found oil spots under the car. I was afraid it was brake fluid or transmission fluid as it seemed too thin for motor oil. They were booked up. I would have to leave it for 10 days to be checked out. It is the holidays and we need this car! The first opening for a scheduled appointment was Dec 26! I was stressed, with no options. John saw this and said that he would have someone to look at it briefly to let me know just how serious it may be. Within an hour they had it up on a lift and showed me that it was a leak in the oil filter gasket and could be easily fixed! Shortly I was told that it was fixed! I am so very thankful for John and the whole maintenance department to go out of their way and help my family!!! More
