I was supposed to have an appointment and it wasn't scheduled. Had the TPMS sensors done after 5-6 hour wait and they were not replaced or not synced to the call. I called back and left a message and h scheduled. Had the TPMS sensors done after 5-6 hour wait and they were not replaced or not synced to the call. I called back and left a message and have not heard back in over a week. I will have to try and schedule again and have to come back in to have the work done, redone. Disappointed More

had an outstanding experience with the Bo Beuckman Ford Service Department and couldn’t be more impressed. The entire team was professional, friendly, and efficient, but I especially want to highlight how Service Department and couldn’t be more impressed. The entire team was professional, friendly, and efficient, but I especially want to highlight how helpful Jeremy Bay was. Despite an incredibly busy schedule, Jeremy went out of his way to fit me in and make sure my vehicle was taken care of without delay. His communication was clear, his attitude was positive, and he genuinely made the process stress-free. The work was completed promptly and done right the first time.
