My experience with Dick Norris's Buick dealership in Palm Harbor has been one of the most satisfying,friendly and knowledgable experiences I had purchasing a new car.I cannot say enough about John Bruno and Harbor has been one of the most satisfying,friendly and knowledgable experiences I had purchasing a new car.I cannot say enough about John Bruno and Manny Fernandez. John did not pressure me,he just made a good deal that satisfied me and my friend Ralph. His knowledge of the car was exceptional.He took the time to go over the car in detail and with so much information to absorb he was very patient with me.The friendliness I endured was over the top.When I buy another Buick which I will, John will be the go to guy for me. I rate John the top score of 5. Manny my finance guy also took the time to look for the best rate and make the deal. He explained every paper I needed to sign, which was alot and was very friendly and also very knoweldgable. He did not pressure me to add on additional protection but explained to me why it would be in my best interest to do so. I completly agreed with him.I also rate Manny the top score of 5.I am extremely happy with my new car.I also would like to mention it was a pleasure to meet Dick Norris. He ensured I was well taken care of. I can understand why people would like to work for him and stay with him for many years. Overall rating is an outstanding 5 on my whole experience. More

I have bought my share of new cars, but I can honesty say this was by far the best experience I have had. John Bruno is a wonderful salesman. John and the Dick Norris team made sure I was taken care of in a courteous and professional manner. John was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and very patient in showing me all of the features it had to offer. I have been buying from Honda for many years. However, none of my experiences with Honda were quite like this one. I felt like I was their most valued customer. Deano in finance also was exceptional and took the time to carefully go through all of my options to get the best deal that worked for me. I am so happy with my new Terrain and I will definitely be back to buy American! More

We brought my father-in-law in to look at a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. John Bruno was very professional and courteous. This dealership went WAY out of their way to ensure I had a positive buying experience. We were met by Doug Norris and a Verano they had driven up from their Clearwater store that they thought I might like. a positive buying experience. Although I ended up purchasing a different Verano from their lot, this was a wonderful surprise. They had an excellent inventory. From coffee and bottled water, to welcoming smiles from ALL of the staff, this was a wonderful experience. And a big plus--I never once felt the pressure to buy from this dealership! John Bruno patiently showed me all of the features of both the Verano and Regal, and told me the benefits of each feature. He was very in tune to my needs and wants. After purchasing my Verano, he went over every detail of my new car with me, including actually setting up OnStar, Serius, and BlueTooth sinc with me before I left! Geoff Sullivan was very efficient and informative when handling the financing, and he also presented information without pressuring me. He happily ran various financing scenarios for me until I was satisfied with my monthly payment. More

Why did I buy from Dick Norris? Two words, John Bruno! He is the reason I went to Dick Norris, the reason I bought and the reason I will be back, period! Buying a car has never been a pleasant experience fo is the reason I went to Dick Norris, the reason I bought and the reason I will be back, period! Buying a car has never been a pleasant experience for me. Come to think of it, all of those experiences have been downright nauseating. When I decided to buy a Cadillac, I went on line and found what I thought was the perfect car for me. John had taken over the leads, called me and followed up on that phone call. Well.....to make a long story a little longer, the Cadillac was NOT for me and he had a 2010 Buick Lacrosse. We went for a test drive and I loved the car, not the color, the car. I was sold more on John than the car. Back to the "Why" question again. I am a wholesale rep and have been calling on the same retailers for 21 years. It is about the relationship you build with "people". I buy from people, not companies. So now I have a 2012 Buick Lacrosse in Pearl, the color I wanted to begin with and again John was there to go above and beyond any other salesperson. Kudos to John Bruno!
