John Bruno was excellent. Sales and support staff were just great, and the owner (Dick Norris) took the time to greet us and help with our selection. The sales agent (John Bruno) was excellent. I have been buying or leasing cars from Dick Norris Buick & GMC since 1989. I Just leased a 2012 Terrain and contrary to the established cliche of car buying is a nightmare,at Dick Norris Buick & GMC, it is & GMC since 1989. I Just leased a 2012 Terrain and contrary to the established cliche of car buying is a nightmare,at Dick Norris Buick & GMC, it is such a pleasure that my wife and I look forward to seeing the Dick Norris folks and being treated like family. There is never any pressure and John Bruno is one of the most knowledgable sales people you could ever deal with. There is no question that he does'nt have an answer for.I have also had extensive experience with their service department and Brent Boostrom and they have always gone the extra mile for me.A new face to us was Dean in finance who made all the paper signing a breeze. My mother in law also leased a vehicle from Bill Sutton and was pleasantly surprised by her experience. We are definitely Dick Norris Buick & GMC Fans. More

In 2002 I bought a used Buick LeSabre from Dick Norris and throughout the years I had received excellent customer service. Needed repairs to my car were handled promptly by Rita and the work was always up and throughout the years I had received excellent customer service. Needed repairs to my car were handled promptly by Rita and the work was always up to par. This year I started looking for my first new car in over 35 years so for me it was big deal. I visited Dick Norris just to see the new LaCrosse and John Bruno showed me both the LaCrosse and the new Regal..Well... However, to appease myself I also looked at the Hyundai Sonata and the Kia Optima, nice cars, both of them. But, I kept going back to Buick and Steve Newcomer or John would patiently let me ogle the car and also fed me ice cream. Finally, last week my son decided to accompany me to Dick Norris so he could test drive the Regal. He was impressed and proclaimed this was the car for me. I was very pleased because I thought the same thing. We are both from the Detroit area so we love cars and the opportunity to "buy American" and get a great car was not lost on us. The deciding factor in addition to a great vehicle was the dealership itself. The employees are friendly and make you feel valued. They do everything they can. The financial transaction was handled efficientlyby Dean despite my sticker shock over new car prices and John bruno and Steve Newcomer made the purchase a smooth operation. My questions were answered, concerns addressed and all was done with humour and some laughs. And,I have been urged to come in to see them if I have any problems at all. I was introduced to Dick Norris, a most gracious gentleman. I am now the proud owner of a sporty silver Regal with a gold pinstripe that makes me feel "awesome.".. I may name her "Princess." After all she is a Regal. More
