John was a pleasure to work with. As Dick Norris Buick is known, this is not a hard sell dealership. We had been searching for cars for a week, and first stopped in at Dimmitt Chevrolet to look at a used is known, this is not a hard sell dealership. We had been searching for cars for a week, and first stopped in at Dimmitt Chevrolet to look at a used Cadillac. The paint was not speckled, and there was no 'wow' factor when checking out the car. We went next to Dick Norris in Palm Harbor, and walked the lot. There was our car! A Buick Regal, low miles, and such a different color. We drove it and were sold. We told John what we wanted for our trade-in, and it was accepted. Again, I don't know why we didn't go to Dick Norris first. Always owned Buick's, and always will!! More

I am very happy to be the first owner of a Buick GX. John Bruno is a definite asset to your dealership. I am so happy to be dealing with him during the termination of my 7th vehicle.
