Not sure I would call this a luxury dealership. Purchased a car from there in November and they were supposed to order me a no-drill front license plate bracket since it is legally required in Iowa Purchased a car from there in November and they were supposed to order me a no-drill front license plate bracket since it is legally required in Iowa. They ordered one for the wrong vehicle and have now been arguing with me since the first week of April that they are only going to send me one that drills into my bumper. Yet when I returned the incorrect one, they stated very clearly that they were going to order the correct no-drill bracket that I had requested. “Just send that one back and we’ll get that one you sent us the link for ordered.” 6 weeks later, here we are. Don’t think I would purchase a car from a “Luxury Dealership” that argues for months over an $80 license plate frame lmao More

John was the best salesmen I have ever had the pleasure of working with and made the process beyond smooth. He was great, transparent and worked with me on every aspect even with a few bumps in the road. Gio in the finance office explained everything I had questions on with clear and cut responses and also made the financial aspect very simple yet transparent. There was no better place to go than SJL motors and I am very glad I made the trip to this dealership. John and Gio are great and I appreciate all of their help! More

I ordered the car on cargurus. Was told like new, no damage. Delivered and has scratches on it, only 1 key and no front floor mats. SJL signed off with delivery company before it shipped that there was damage. Delivered and has scratches on it, only 1 key and no front floor mats.
