When I arrived there after work (very accommodating) Joe had the vehicle already pulled around and ready for me to test drive it. I loved the car and didn’t need to see any others. Working out the numbers and paperwork was easy (especially being a DCU member) and the next day I drove home in my new Subaru. Going to Patrick was easy, quick, and painless. I never felt pressured to do anything and I’ll recommend them to any of my friends who now want a Subaru after seeing mine. More

So I know a thing or two about car buying, from the customer side and from the dealership side. One of the key things I was constantly striving to do was to make my customers spend the least amount of time at the dealership and to get them their new vehicles as quickly and efficiently as possible. Patrick Subaru is a model for this type of accelerated purchase, and I wish that I had the team they have now back when I was in the business. We were undecided between two different vehicles, and they gave us the space to determine which fit our needs better, without trying to position one over the other. We arrived one hour before closing, and had time to test drive both vehicles, and still come to a decision and finalize pricing before they closed. We left with an incredible deal, a fair trade amount for our vehicle, and everything ready to go. They didn't try to rush us into finance, to get the deal done, and make us (and their employees) stay late. They simply scheduled a good time to come back and finish everything up. I highly recommend simply scheduling via their text line, where they will provide you with all of the numbers in advance. More

A dealership that feels obligated to their customers. I found the treatment I received at Patrick Subaru was exemplary. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. One of the first things I noticed was a banner proclaiming the dealership's support veterans. Being a disabled Vietnam veteran myself it was nice to see this dealership was concerned with veterans issues. The whole sales process was very easy. The salesman went out of his way to make sure that I was buying the right car for me. From the beginning of the process to the end all my questions were answered.The ease of Leasing the automobile was simple and everything was done for me including my request for special veterans plates. They dealt with the registry Insurance Company and all the required inspections I did not have to do anything. During the final process of signing the paperwork I was offered a few add-ons but was not pressured to buy them. In the last 2 years I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and I highly recommend them. More

My wife and I set a bottom line for a deal on a larger Forrester, as our Impreza was really too small for our summer trips to a cabin in upstate NY, and we set a bottom line on our monthly payments, too. Subaru met both of our numbers, and so we shook hands, Service has been outstanding, and we are excited about our new Subaru Forrester. Thanks, John, and outstanding service, Suraru! Bob was very helpful, too, on the finance side as we did add a warranty beyond the normal one. More
