I love how there's simply no games - you go in, they give you what your vehicle (trade) is worth, and you buy the new car at a fair and honest price. Is there negotiation? Sure, I guess, but it's not like it's hard, it is more about figuring out what works best for you. I know a lot of people in the car business, as I used to sell cars about 10 years ago. I choose to go to Patrick Subaru because I don't want to have to play games. I was in and out both times with very little wasted time. The second vehicle took longer, because of a tricky negative equity position, but that's on my situation, not them. Rob and Todd as managers, as well as Tre and John in finance, all were wonderful to work with. Although because Joe Dinneen did his job well, I didn't have to do much with the management team - Joe was on top of his game and made sure that the experience went quickly and easily. If you're in the market for a Subaru, save yourself a huge hassle, and just go here. Save yourself from the headache of going from one dealership to the next, and just go buy here. More

This dealership is quite the hike from my house (~1.5 hours) but I am always happy to make the journey because Patrick Subaru always treats me right! Al is fantastic to work with -- I know that he truly cares about all of his customers. Both purchases have been painless and he has always worked with me remotely on the deal so that I only would have to come visit the dealer to take delivery. I like that Al checked in with me over the life of my 2016 Crostrek, and when I was ready to turn that lease in for a 2019 Forester Sport he was right there to help me with that purchase. Patrick Subaru goes above and beyond to offer fantastic customer service, fair prices, and a painless sales process. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in Massachusetts looking for a Subaru. More

Al and Rob worked very hard to find a vehicle that suited my needs. They kept searching until I found just the right vehicle. There was no pressure at all, and didn't play games when it came to getting a good price on the car. When I came to pick up the car, it was a quick and easy process, the paperwork was ready for me and again, there was no pressure when we were reviewing warranty options. My husband and I both felt that this was the least stressful and easiest vehicle purchase we've ever had. Will definitely go back when it's time for another car. Also, communication was excellent. Al readily answered my emails and phone calls. More
