Being that the vehicle purchased was a BMW, it was bound to cost more than the average vehicle, and my trade had lots of miles on it, so I wound up making the purchase with a bit more negative equity than anticipated. Still, the product is excellent and it's not the first time I purchased from Ganley; I hope to be able to make another purchase from Ganley in 3 or 4 years. More

This is my 2nd new car from Ganley BMW and John Caruso. John is great to work with and makes the experience easy and comfortable. The dealership on the whole is great as well, with a wide selection of cars that are ready to go and service that, while I have only used it minimally (great cars!) has been perfect. Therefore, in my opinion, Ganley BMW gets my highest rating because the selection is great, the service department is easy to work with and requires zero hassle, and my sales experience with John Caruso has always been outstanding. John has checked in with me periodcally over the years that I've had the BMWs and is always there to answer questions and help with the new car process. Overall, in my 20+ years of driving and buying cars, the best dealership experience has been, by far, at Ganley BMW. More

Going to Ganley BMW is like going home. They have a great sales staff, and John is always attuned to my needs. My car was shiny, clean and ready to roll.
