These are some good people to do business with. I wound up getting the vehicle. They ramn the car through their detail and mechanics. I was allowed to buy the car out the door with the amount given me by my insurance co. They let me get a nice car much cheaper than they had planned to sell it for and I got my permanent tag and registration in the mail. No hassling with dmv. Thank you for an awesome vehicle that I cant keep my hands off off everyday wiping, detailing, getting double takes from people. I am considering the drive over there just to show off my car and shake Manager Herby and the sales reps hand. You guys are the standard that A and D car lots need to learn from. Smooth and stress free transaction I totaled my car on Monday. Stopped in at Breakaway Honda to look at Honda Civic Sport Touring I saw online, drove it home on Saturday. John Cawley I totaled my car on Monday. Stopped in at Breakaway Honda to look at Honda Civic Sport Touring I saw online, drove it home on Saturday. John Cawley was informative and a pleasure to work with. I had been to Costco to inquire about their car buying program and John and staff matched their offer. This was the easiest car I have purchased. I obtained my own financing to get a lower rate and qualify for $500 incentive. Breakaway Financing Dept. found me a better rate and still offered the incentive. Based on my experience I recommend Breakaway, John and staff. I will go back the next time I am car shopping. More

45 days after purchase.. No tag, no title, nothing received! I purchased a vehicle 45 days ago from Breakaway Honda. My temporary tag (one dealership writes date on) expired. I went by the dealership to see what I purchased a vehicle 45 days ago from Breakaway Honda. My temporary tag (one dealership writes date on) expired. I went by the dealership to see what the problem was.. Told no problem. But they still haven't received tag from DMV. The financial guy basically throws my paperwork across the desk and says "we will call ya when it comes in" but they expect me to drive with an expired tag?!? SHOULD BE ILLEGAL on their end. After being told that, talking to manager, along with two salesman, I received no help. Only pure rudeness! I will never ever go there again to purchase a vehicle. Worst customer service EVER! Made me cry when I left, just couldn't believe they treated me like I did. They didn't act that way when I handed them cash for the vehicle! I will be getting in touch with DMV BECAUSE APPARENTLY DEALERSHIP MESSED UP THE PAPERWORK. THEY HAD NOTHING TO TELL ME EXCEPY, Just keep driving around with an expired tag. They aren't the sharpest tools in the shed! BEWARE!! More

Most important, John Crawley was always courteous, paid attention to all details, and always followed-up consistently on actions that we discussed.
