Purchase a And Trade in I traded in two cars and wound up buying a Lincoln certified used car after going in with the intention of buying a new Ford Fusion hybrid. The car wa I traded in two cars and wound up buying a Lincoln certified used car after going in with the intention of buying a new Ford Fusion hybrid. The car was pretty dirty when we test drove it. Inside and out. I pointed it out to our salesperson. He indicated that it would be cleaned if we purchased It wasn’t. Visible dirt and smudges on visors and roof interior. We had to go back. It was then cleaned. The deal was fine on the trade and purchase. Unfortunately I had just spent $90.00 at this dealer on oil change and air filter on my trade I asked for an oil change on new car. Negatory on that good buddy. Oh well.... More

Valued customer I am an informed customer who knew what he wanted an started pricing with True car. I buy a car the same way I do my job as a design engineer. Design I am an informed customer who knew what he wanted an started pricing with True car. I buy a car the same way I do my job as a design engineer. Design the car, get cost and incentives from the internet. Then I put the word out that I am going to order a car and let the competition give me the best deal/price. I live in Illinois and frequent Wisconsin, Iowa and Minnesota. The word gets out to dealers located within 125mile radius of Rockford Illinois. Griffin Ford Lincoln entered a price late in the 4 week search and close to the end of the month. Their first bid was higher than another dealer in Wisconsin and they were told that they were out? John and Zack new that unless they gave me an outstanding price they lost a sale not planned for the month and from out of their market area. Their second offer was lower than the competition by a few hundred dollars but was accepted. In addition to the price, John and Zack did not nickel and dime me for addition costs after the deal. When I ordered the car they guaranteed me 0 percent for 60 months from Lincoln. When I picked up the car, Lincoln had given an additional $1000 with the 0% financing which was given to me by John. In summary, John and Zack treated me well and buying the car was smooth. They won because they do what they promise and price correctly. They did not pass additional add on costs to the deal and gave me the additional customer cash incentives owed . The dealer must have liked the way I designed /ordered the car because they ordered 3 more at the same time and sold one of them before I picked up my car. Good job John and Zack. More

Fantastic They made an extremely stressful situation perfect. I was trading in 2 vehicles. I live approximately 3 hours away from the dealership. There was free They made an extremely stressful situation perfect. I was trading in 2 vehicles. I live approximately 3 hours away from the dealership. There was freezing rain in the forecast and 40+ mph winds. Not the most ideal day to get a new car. About 45 minutes away from the dealership one vehicle breaks down. The salesman Zach, got me in touch with a wrecker. After getting that settled I still had to drive to the dealership. Upon arrival I find out that someone else is buying the car I drove up there for. Plus, not to mention the cost of the repair of one of the trades. Not to worry. The dealership set me up with a loaner to drive home. Two days later Zach contacts me and says that they found me a car. 2 weeks later I receive delivery on the certified pre-owned Lincoln in the same exact color and options as the one I missed out on. Great experience and good people. More
