Easiest car buying experience ever I recently used Continental Toyota in Hodgkins, for the purchase of my new 2017 Toyota RAV4. I had a 2 car trade in deal which most of you know c I recently used Continental Toyota in Hodgkins, for the purchase of my new 2017 Toyota RAV4. I had a 2 car trade in deal which most of you know can become quite complicated . My contact at the dealer for the preliminary work was Andrea McNamera in the BDC department . Andrea made the entire buying process easy & extremely convenient for me & my husband. Andrea went above and beyond to get me top dollar for my 2 trades & to get me the absolute BEST deal on my RAV4. When the time came to come into the dealership , my salesman was John Cheung. John is one of the nicest & most honest car salesman I've ever worked with. John had all the paperwork and the car ready for me when we came to the dealership. He took the extra time to go over all the available features & safety options on my RAV4. I would highly recommend both Andrea & John to any family or friends that maybe in the market for a new car ! I am absolutely loving my new RAV4 & when the time comes again to get another vehicle Continental Toyota will definitely be my first to turn to. Their store manager Joe Miglio is awesome too! More

Answer all my question quickly and good price deal When I decided to buy a new car, I first search online to see what kind of car is my best choice. Amanda helped me a lot via email about the car model and price discount, for example factory rebate vs the 0% finance etc. Then I visit several Toyota dealer store to check both the car type and color. I find that RAV4 LE AWD model all has the interior color black which I don't like. Then I begin to try the RAV4 XLE AWD model with interior color nutmeg. John answers for all my questions which is very helpful for my decision. Finally on the memorial holiday another $250 discount looks like a good deal for me. So I buy it. John is continues help answer my question after I purchase the car. Buy a new car is an important decision in our life, with the professional help,that will made us easy. Those guys did a wonderful job for customer. They treat you as a good friend! More

We crossed state lines from Indiana to Illinois to buy our van - a 2015 Toyota Sienna XLE premium FWD. Amanda Woosley in the internet department went above and beyond to find the exact vehicle we wanted as we were quite picky about color and interior. Amanda and her manager Jackie handled all the communications very efficiently via email and phone calls. We finalized the deal vis email and I put the deposit down via the phone. No one in NW Indiana could come close to their deal and their willingness to find me the exact color combination we wanted. They worked with Toyota on the vehicles being built in the pipeline and had one redirected to their dealership just for me. Walked in signed the paperwork and drove home. John Cheung the sales person was very adept at walking through the new features of our vehicle. Again, no regrets - Great dealership, great staff, great experience and last but not the least - GREAT CAR. Love it!!!. Thanks Amanda, Jackie and John - Can't thank you enough. You set the GOLDEN standard! for how customers want to be treated. Will definitely come back soon for our next purchase a Toyota corolla for our teenage son! More
