They always accommodate you, greet you with a sincere smile, and deliver what they say they will This service center continues to be tops in my book. They always accommodate you, greet you with a sincere smile, and deliver what they say they will. The car is always back to me when promised OR earlier. My advisor discusses my issues beforehand and explains the findings before any work is performed. Wouldn't go elsewhere for service!!!! More

service excellence I usually have my sprinter service done in Long island city because it is close to work, but this time I was not able to find anyone in the shop who i I usually have my sprinter service done in Long island city because it is close to work, but this time I was not able to find anyone in the shop who is familiar with the PSM unit that I try to order and installed. And what's worse is after I left several message for the service department, no one bother to call me back. I called Rallye motor and I was immediately greeted by John Ciccotelli. He is familiar with the item I need and he also connected me with service department, so I was able to get the unit and have it installed at the dealership. What's more amazing, is I had received a recall from Mercedes Benz, but when I called long island city, no one bother to help me, or they said the parts is not available. but Rallye Motor is able to secure the parts and have it installed at the same time. I was never offered a loaner car when I go to long island city, but Ralley motor offered me a loaner car, so I don't have to take the bus back to my office. I am really satisfied with their overall service. More
