This dealership is by far the best I have EVER dealt with. From the sales team to the financial officer. I called to see if a car was still available. I was transferred to an amazing young lady named Cl with. From the sales team to the financial officer. I called to see if a car was still available. I was transferred to an amazing young lady named Clara. She checked it out for me and it was. I explained I was not able to get there until the next day. She was very understanding and said she would have the car ready and waiting for me. But if it sold she would call or email me to let me know so I would not make an unnecessary trip. I was so appreciative of that considering I was driving an hour to get there. She showed me all the ins and outs of the car with incredible knowledge of every feature, took it for a drive and by 3 hours later, I was driving My new car home. John the business manager was the best I have ever worked with. He was very respectful, dynamic, energetic, knowledgeable and most personable. He was able to explain the complex financial issues in Laymans terms. From beginning to end it was a world class service due to the world class team I dealt with, which included Clara, Todd, and John.
