He was honest in everything he told me he was going to do and kept me posted every step of the way. He worked on my time frame. I drive a Ford Focus and as soon as i get it paid down to where I can trade it in and be in the positive, John already has my business. John was very professional but has a sense of humor to boot which kept us laughing and made the process that much more easier and effortless in our purchase.
