Awesome experience I was hesitant to use a service like D&M as I had been leasing thru the dealers directly. But I found out why they are so widely respected in the aut I was hesitant to use a service like D&M as I had been leasing thru the dealers directly. But I found out why they are so widely respected in the auto world. They got me about $2000 better price on my vehicle than the advertised specials I was trying to get, then got me $2000 more on my trade than the guaranteed residual, which I don't have to tell you put me in a very good position on this lease. I shortened my term from 42 to 36 months and turned the normal 24 month maintenance into 36 months for just an additional $50 which I get reimbursed on the next vehicle. So I have total maintenance coverage for term of the lease. I also upgraded to the top of the line package with all the new toys and navigation and still my payment was $30 a month cheaper??? How is that possible, shorter term, more maintenance, more toys and lower payment. This is the magic of D&M and working with John Conn was awesome in that there was no games or let me go talk to my boss or sales gimmicks. He just asked what I wanted and got it done. I am sold and a life long D&M client now and you should be as well. Rick Gray More

My renewal process was protracted over a period of several weeks by some internal family deliberations, so John and Frank had to tag-team me. They were smart, diligent, competent, thoughtful, productive and more... in my opinion, they were all anyone could require! They both worked with me just as John alone did when he handled my original lease in 2014, they were perfect... outstanding in every way! More
