Recently leased a brand new 2022 Dodge Ram Big Horn in April 2022 and the truck is really defective. The check engine light keeps coming on flashing due to PowerTrain malfunction. It’s been serviced separate (4) four times at dealership to no avail. The problem has never been resolved and truck is not safe to drive. I’m a very dissatisfied customer. More

Hi Dailyn - I’ve informed Michele Scalise, Tommy, Service Mgr., & tech, Josh so they are aware of the ongoing problems with our newly leased (April 11, 2022) Dodge Ram Big Horn truck. The truck has been brought into Security Dodge dealership in Amityville (4) separate times. Service had truck in for repairs for 16 days …this is an aweful experience. Currently, it’s May 17, 2022 and the truck’s “check engine light” is flashing orange again re “Powertrain Engine Malfunction”. Therefore, this ongoing problem has never been resolved correctly. I just require a truck that is fully functioning and safe to drive. We cannot have a truck that “rides rough” (like on rumble sticks) with vibrations shaking car and making noise when backing out of a parking space. Pls. provide some assistance in this matter as soon as possible. Thank you!
