After bringing in our car for a recall, to which the service department was great, we had a few issues. We weren't explained the process would drain our battery and we were left in a parking lot later service department was great, we had a few issues. Even though they came out, it happened again, further away and we were left to call a tow company while also missing a morning of work. Despite all of this, they told us we needed a new battery without acknowledging all of the inconveniences we went through that week. Note that we NEVER had an issue with the battery before taking it in for the recall. I would have thought that they would have tried to make this right at some level. We will not be using them again.
