The person that took me in was nice enough service was within an hour, which is what I was told which is great however, the problem is when I asked that check out about the inspection report. They couldn’t give me a copy. Very frustrating situation. It’s a night and day difference compared to Toyota where they send you a text message with the video inspection report and then they send you a full report after very professional Toyota not the case at Honda.
