start to finish great experence I got to the dealership at 5 pm, they close at 6. I ask them to drive my trade while I test drove the truck I was looking at .... long story longer l I got to the dealership at 5 pm, they close at 6. I ask them to drive my trade while I test drove the truck I was looking at .... long story longer lol , when I got back the sales rep showed me the features of the truck , the awkard time of sitting down and discussing the deal, trade values etc ... due to visiting other dealers I was not expecting a good out come ... my truck was extremely nice, clean etc ... but had higher miles .... I wanted 16K for it , they offered 15,500 and since they were over 2000 lower on the truck I liked than the other dealers in AR and OK. I didnt even try to go back and forth with them ..... the sales manager stayed late, the finance manager stayed late and my salesman (John David ) stayed until 8 pm showing me features on my new truck. To sum it up, I saved 2000 off the cost of the new truck compared to other dealers and got more for my trade than they offered. And best of all they didnt shotgun my credit to 10 places .... 1 lender checked , 3.39% int done. More
