I have been coming here since 2023 when I purchased my first new vehicle from Heritage Mazda Towson. Today I purchased my second new vehicle from them because my experiences here have always been excellen first new vehicle from Heritage Mazda Towson. Today I purchased my second new vehicle from them because my experiences here have always been excellent. Barry Williams the Service Manager is fantasic and is the big reason I purchased here again. But also today the process to purchase was easy, no pressure and smooth. David Dowd the General Manager jumped in to assist me and made me feel very comfortable in the process. My salesman, Rudy Raley was patient and took his time and let me go at my pace during the buying process. And finally John Demartino the Business Manager was thorough, no pressure and made the contract process very comfortable. This truly is a great place to buy a car. It can me a dreaded process, but not here. This group I dealt with today made it seemless! Thank you all! More

I experienced on two intense purchase occasions, a professional, multi talented, experienced team led by my sales woman Jenna Bull. Dave the GM who was smart,compassionate, and tough explained some professional, multi talented, experienced team led by my sales woman Jenna Bull. Dave the GM who was smart,compassionate, and tough explained some complicated data and processes to me. But he also listened! Their bench is so deep from knowledge of cars, customer service, finance, to state of the art work place systems . I had an incredible, eye opening experience with the Heritage Mazda Towson team. regret ever stepping foot into the Towson Mazda dealership. I’ve been a loyal Mazda owner since 2021 and had a wonderful experience at the Bel Air location, but Towson has been the complete opposit dealership. I’ve been a loyal Mazda owner since 2021 and had a wonderful experience at the Bel Air location, but Towson has been the complete opposite. When I bought my 2025 Mazda here, they processed a tag transfer without telling me or asking my permission. They never explained what that meant, never told me I needed to keep my tags, and left me completely in the dark. I had never heard of this before, so when they handed me my old tags back, I assumed I was supposed to take them to the MVA—which created a whole mess. When I went back for help, not only did they refuse to give me temporary tags, they flat-out lied and said I had requested the transfer myself. That is absolutely false. They did it to save themselves money and didn’t care that it left me stuck without answers. I worked with John and Jenna, and neither one of them was honest or transparent with me. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service here is beyond disappointing. Instead of helping me, they brushed me off and left me to figure it out on my own. This dealership is dishonest and only looks out for themselves. I would never recommend Towson Mazda to anyone, and I will never buy another car from them again. More
