regret ever stepping foot into the Towson Mazda dealership. I’ve been a loyal Mazda owner since 2021 and had a wonderful experience at the Bel Air location, but Towson has been the complete opposit dealership. I’ve been a loyal Mazda owner since 2021 and had a wonderful experience at the Bel Air location, but Towson has been the complete opposite. When I bought my 2025 Mazda here, they processed a tag transfer without telling me or asking my permission. They never explained what that meant, never told me I needed to keep my tags, and left me completely in the dark. I had never heard of this before, so when they handed me my old tags back, I assumed I was supposed to take them to the MVA—which created a whole mess. When I went back for help, not only did they refuse to give me temporary tags, they flat-out lied and said I had requested the transfer myself. That is absolutely false. They did it to save themselves money and didn’t care that it left me stuck without answers. I worked with John and Jenna, and neither one of them was honest or transparent with me. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service here is beyond disappointing. Instead of helping me, they brushed me off and left me to figure it out on my own. This dealership is dishonest and only looks out for themselves. I would never recommend Towson Mazda to anyone, and I will never buy another car from them again. More

Mathew and Towson Mazda were very helpful in my purchasing a Mazda. Salespersons and servicepersons are polite, helpfull and knowledgeable. My wife and I are excited to test the new 2026 CX5 when i purchasing a Mazda. Salespersons and servicepersons are polite, helpfull and knowledgeable.
