On delivery, Mike also did great job showing options. Our “smart” education came from John DePalma who was also very friendly professional and knowledgeable. There are a lot of amazing things this car is capable of and John explained each one in a clear and understandable “tech” prep meeting. John DePalma is excellent teaching new SUV owners I live in NJ, but bought a 2018 Subaru Forester in NC last winter. Someone at the dealership in NC went over the SUV's features before I drove it I live in NJ, but bought a 2018 Subaru Forester in NC last winter. Someone at the dealership in NC went over the SUV's features before I drove it 560 miles home, but the concentration was on the radio, the dashboard and the wipers. In NJ, I immediately made an appointment at Freehold Subaru for a second 'go over'. I met with John DePalma there, and the difference in the tutorial between him and the dealership in NC was amazing. MR. DEPALMA TALKED ABOUT FEATURES OF THE SUV LIKE HE WAS SHOWING A NEWBORN SON TO HIS PARENTS: WITH ENTHUSIASM, CARE AND FONDNESS. I also raved about Mr. DePalma at the International New York Auto Show at the Javits Center, he was that good. If I could find a man who would look at me the way John DePalma looks at the Subaru Forester, I'd be happy for life. More
