The staff (extra kudos to Gerald Battles) is knowledgeable, thorough and always patient. When I've had to leave my car, the ride service is convenient and the drivers very friendly. These employees are all to be commended for holding up the expectations of quality service. I wouldn't go anywhere else to take my Prius. More
