We recently found out that we were expecting our first child, giving us a good reason to trade in her BMW M3 convertible. We acquired this vehicle as we were looking for a bit more space than her '06 911 4S Cabriolet afforded. From the moment we acquired the BMW, she lamented the purchase: constantly stating how much more enjoyable the Porsche was. Since space, an automatic transmission and strong performance were high on our list, we began looking at high performance sport utility vehicles: ML 63 AMG, X5M, SRT8 and the Cayenne Turbo. After reading various reviews, we determined that the Porsche was worth the premium over the other vehicles. We then began our search of Certifed Pre-Owned Cayenne Turbo's across the country. From the moment I contacted John Dissen, I knew I was dealing with a true professional. He was incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions quickly and honestly. He provided an incredibly fair, sight unseen trade in value on our M3, while also conceding a bit on the Cayenne price. Once we agreed to the terms of our transaction, we made the eight hour trek to Hennessy. Unfortunately, upon arriving at the dealership, I experienced a glitch with a wire transfer that I was expecting from my financial advisor. John and I quickly came up with a solution and we moved forward consummating the deal. I've read some of the negative reviews on here and all I can say is I didn't witness anything other than a friendly and attentive staff. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Hennessy Porsche and more specifically John Dissen. Before leaving the dealership, John went out of his way to ensure we understood all the features/nuances of our new purchase. We love our Cayenne Turbo S and will be back in touch when we're ready to acquire our next Porsche. Thanks again! More

John Dissen made this the easiest purchase experience ever (car or otherwise)!! I called, John gave me the BEST price over the phone- I secured a cashiers check and hit the road. (Making the trek from Birmingham to Roswell approx 3 hours turned into 4.) John, after the dealership was closed, met us outside the gates with a detailed vehicle that was 100% as he described. Not only was he professional- he absolutely went above and beyond. From staying over 2 hours from closing the store to having every piece of paper executed and ready for a quick signature. I have purchased many vehicles and have had to endure hours of waiting... Total transaction (minus travel time) less than 10 minutes!! That is with me checking the car out 9 1/2 of those!! Having owned over a dozen BMWs, I ultimately became disenchanted with the "Ultimate Driving Machine" experience. BMW lost their way with true performance-oriented drivers like me. Plus BMW service quality continually declined at Global and United. John Dissen, my Hennessy Porsche sales rep, patiently worked with me for a few years as I struggled to accept that BMW was no longer for me. He helped as I agonized over whether to buy a Porsche 911 or Cayman S. I ended up buying a new 2009 Cayman S from John and could not be more pleased with the entire Hennessy Porsche experience. Service from Matt, Zak, Mike, Russ and the rest of Hennessy's service department is excellent. I occasionally stop by the dealership just to check in with everyone (and to contemplate my next purchase). And the Hennessy customer parties are unbelievable!!! More
