After I purchased the truck (signed the papers) the communication with the dealership has been very poorly. I was told that my truck was ready for pickup but it wasn't. The 2 chrome pieces on the rear communication with the dealership has been very poorly. I was told that my truck was ready for pickup but it wasn't. The 2 chrome pieces on the rear bumper wasn't installed and I still don't know what's going on with my 3" lift kit. I got the truck Saturday and today is Wednesday and just know I am getting my truck inspected. I had to call my insurance agent to see if she could help me with the situation even her contact the dealership. I called Robert Terrell and Tony a few times to see if they could speed up the process for me but I felt that they didn't care. Like I said when I was negotiating the truck I had all the attention but after I signed the papers my treatment has been completely different. More
