Got financed and drove off with my new car on a Sunday! I was in a real bind. My older SUV "died" suddenly, and I couldn't afford to replace the engine. I really didn't know how I was going to get another vehicle and had a lot of anxiety. My intuition told me to check San Tan Ford online, as they're located just down the street from where I live. I connected with their internet sales department and received a reply from John Dye right away. He asked me a few questions online and then called me on the phone soon after. I told him about my urgency in needing a vehicle ASAP and we scheduled an appointment to meet the next afternoon, a Sunday. John asked if I would be coming in with anyone so that I'd be able to drive my new car off the lot. I chuckled to myself because I really didn't believe that I'd be abe to get financed and purchase a vehicle that same day. Well, I was wrong. John helped me find the right vehicle and made the entire experience simple and enjoyable. I wasn't there for hours, wondering what was going to happen Everything was very straight-forward, and John helped me find exactly what I needed, at the right price point. John worked closely with Ted Steer, in the Finance Department, to get everything approved and finalized in an efficient manner. I'm so grateful to John for helping me during such a stressful time. I highly recommend John. He's professional, yet casual in his approach. He's respectful. He truly wants to help you find the right vehicle to meet your needs. There was never any pressure.
