Don’t do business here they are dishonest! We live in New York State and purchased in Massachusetts. We were referred to Imperial by a friend. We dealt with John Ellis who made the transaction extremely smooth and easy. I was not the easiest customer to deal with as I was hesitant about trading in my vehicle. They gave us well over trade in value on both of our vehicles and saved us thousands on a 2021 Ram 1500 Night Edition Big Horn and a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. When John didn’t have the Jeep I wanted he searched until he found it. There wasn’t a dealership around us that could compete with their pricing. I highly recommend them to anyone. John was great to work with in finding my new Jeep. I arrived later on a Friday night so we where not finished with the paper work until after closing time.
