John is the most professional sales person I have dealt with in my 35 years plus of purchasing vehicles. He brings years of product knowledge and offers the best value for my price range. My son who lives in Albany, comes down when his lease is over, to visit John and renew his lease. We have many choices when purchasing and leasing, and I have found that when a sales person is professional and honest like John Fanuzzi is, it makes everything else go so smooth. I have told so many of my friends that if they want a sales person that will treat a woman with respect and patience without pressure John is the sales person you want to meet with. I have purchased 5 new cars and John sold me the last two cars. My previous car buying experience were no comparison to mine with with John. I worked in the car business myself for approx 6 years selling for multiple dealers and manufactures. Between my wife and I we have leased over 15 plus cars through our driving experience. I have also helped well over 10 different family members and friends during their car search / negotiating experience. I can tell you this, John Fanuzzi is by far the nicest, helpful, experienced, courteous sales person I have ever dealt with (and that includes myself during my years in the industry). I for one hate the having to haggle with the sales person, than they bring out their sales manager, than you have to deal with the finance manager and when it’s all said and done, you spent 3 plus hrs dealing with 3 plus people to finally either walk out or get to the price your happy with. In our experience with John NONE OF THIS HAPPENED. John handled everything from start to finish and we could not be happier. We will NEVER buy a car from anyone else.
