This was the worst car buying experience I have ever been apart of. I purchased a 2020 Hyundai Elantra SEL. Where do I start? Let’s see…They were not up front about the CarFax report. I physically showed the apart of. I purchased a 2020 Hyundai Elantra SEL. Where do I start? Let’s see…They were not up front about the CarFax report. I physically showed them proof I had full coverage insurance, but they refused to let me take the car home that same day. The finance guy, John, was super pushy about all the add-on crap they want you to purchase. I had to drive 45 minutes back on a Saturday to finalize the deal. Before arriving, I noticed that they had actually charged me more for the car than what their website showed, which they did correct after I stood my ground. Contrary to the ambiance on Friday, every person I came in contact with on Saturday was rude, and my salesman acted like he didn’t know who I was. They were supposed to fix the driver side high beam because I noticed it was not working when I test drive the car Friday night, but that wasn’t done. They did fill the car up with gas and gave it a decent car wash. Now, 3 weeks later and I am getting the run around about getting my headlight fixed and getting replacement speakers (at least 2 of mine were blown when I bought the car). If you’re looking for a Hyundai, I would not recommend Allen Turner! More
