Allen Turner Hyundai Pre-owned changed the vehicle buying experience for me and I'm thankful for them. I first met with the Sales Manager Dominick, he conducted the actual loan for me. Great guy, even though I wish I could of had more vehicle choices, he was very nice and committed to making sure I would get a loan. Then there was Preston, he was a hoot, very funny and made my family and I feel comfortable and he never made me feel pressured into buying anything. Then there was John, that man keeps his promises, he told me he would call me if anything changed with my loan and the very next day he did. He was also very polite and patient. Then there was the other John, he was not even our car salesman but he still made sure we had what we needed. The whole experience was just great! We were even offered T.V. and refreshments during our wait. I would recommend Allen Turner Hyundai Pre-Owned to anyone! BTW- I drove away in a beautiful Black 2019 Hyundai Elantra. (That's right went to a pre-owned dealership and left with a brand new car because they cared about what I wanted and what I had never had) More

Buying a car As soon as I drove up Roch approached and said I will have a car before the end of the day and I did....he is a talker and was very helpful that day a As soon as I drove up Roch approached and said I will have a car before the end of the day and I did....he is a talker and was very helpful that day and even helpful days after as I am here having a tire changed out because there was a hole in one that Roch had filled for me the day I bought it..he is a happy and pleasant person which is a plus as far as I am concerned..this is my first car in a very long time and a stepping stone to my next car! John was a very fast talker and went through a lot very quickly and missed the date on the check presented for down payment and we had to make a trip back out to get another check to dealership...he was not as personable as Roch and a little more like on auto pilot! More

Great Service Rock and I talked/texted for about a week while he gathered info about what I was looking for in a new car. I'm rebuilding my credit, and he & the finance team went the extra mile to get me approved and into a cute and, more importantly, dependable, used car. Adonis Moncrief Was Super! My husband did all of the research online before we chose a dealership. Then we chose a dealership that had the car we wanted and made a call. Adonis Moncrief was professional, and he did his job. We told him what we needed; he presented it to the manager and called us. It was an hour's drive to the dealership; it was time well spent. Other than needing to wait because they were busy, everything was completed in less than a half an hour after we reached the dealership. In 45 years, this is by far the best buying experience we have ever had. Obviously the dealership plays a huge part in this experience; however, we believe the sales agent is the biggest part. Adonis did a superb job for us. We will buy from this dealership and sales agent again! We highly recommend! As a side note, John in financing was efficient and professional. He answered our questions, explained his answers, and provided us an avenue to make informed decisions on upgrades in warranties and gap insurance. Thank you! More
