Mr. Brad Rankin was right there and from start to finish welcomed me and assisted me every step of the way. Mr . Rankin was only courtesy and knowledgeable, but you could tell he was geniune in helping me out and not to purchase anything in the lot. That goes along way. All the persons i had a chance to meet and work wot that day took care of me better than any dealer i had previous been to. There loan offfice person knew hus stuff and had an answer for any question i thru at him. Solid team at Allen Turner and would definitley recomend. More

Not The Typical Experience I AM NOT SURE IF MY PREVIOUS REVIEW WAS UPLOADED I have had my eye on the Cadillac XTS for quite some time now , and while in Pensacola on business I AM NOT SURE IF MY PREVIOUS REVIEW WAS UPLOADED I have had my eye on the Cadillac XTS for quite some time now , and while in Pensacola on business, I noticed one on the lot of Allen Turner Hyundai. As I inspected the vehicle, I was approached by a sales associate named Casey Chambers. From the onset of our encounter, I could tell that Casey is not the stereotypical salesman. He never pressured me through the process, but instead engaged me in conversation and got an understanding of my needs. During the test drive, I fell in love with the car, but I knew that you never tell the salesman that. Surprisingly, with Casey it did not matter. He presented me with a fair price for my trade and an excellent price on the XTS. The finance manager, John took over from there and he too did an awesome job on the financing. The atmosphere of The Dealership is hassle/pressure free! I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market...they will not disappoint you! More

He is patient and sincerely listens to your needs. I was stressed out that day because my previous vehicle broke down and I needed to make a purchase that day. As soon as I met Brad I knew that I was in good hands. I knew that I wanted to purchase used and I knew what my budget was. Brad showed me what seemed like every car on the used lot and even drove me to the new car lot to show me new vehicles that were within my budget. I ended up purchasing a used Hyundai Genesis that is way more car than I expected, yet was still within my budget. Thanks to Brad I'm super happy with my experience and purchase! More
