I had no idea exactly what I wanted but when I arrived onto the lot but Mr. Rick Gray greeted me with a warm smile and he was by my side throughout the whole experience. Every question I had he answered. Every car I thought I wanted, he did not hesitate to walk the entire lot (3 times to be exact) to find just what I wanted. He even cut his lunch break short and stayed overtime to come BACK to work just to finish helping me(I had been there from 9am to close). He was extremely patient and reassuring when things got stressful and I couldn't have asked for a better dealer. I ended up purchasing my first vehicle with the help of him and I will forever remember what a great experience he made it. Proffessional I was really in a bind, I had recently blown the engine in my vehicle and was desperate to find a replacement very quickly. Mr. Gray was extremely helpful with the selection of my new car and was able to work with the finance companies as well so that I would be able to get into a vehicle immediately. I gave him the criteria that I was looking for and he was able to assist me in the selection of a vehicle that I not only love, but within my budget. I arrived at the dealership and was out the door and driving away in my "new" car within 30 minutes. But then he suggested another vehicle, one we had not even thought of and wow - we found the exact car we were looking for.
