I worked with John Fitzpatrick (Fitzy). I hadn’t bought a vehicle in 17 years and truth be told, I was dreading walking into a dealership. I had been to two others before going to McGoverns which had nothing on the lots. I sat down with Fitzy and while talking with him we discovered that we knew a couple of the same people. He was easy to talk to and was actually quite funny. He made the process of purchasing a new vehicle effortlessly. I left there feeling like I had known him forever. He told me I’d have the car in a few days, that was on Wednesday, He called me Thursday and told me to pick the car up on Sat. This guy gets a 100 star rating from me.
