My 2010 Honda CRV was totaled a month ago. The last thing I wanted was a new car payment but decided to go out and look at my options. I went back to Honda Cars in Everett (now McGovern Honda) and saw thing I wanted was a new car payment but decided to go out and look at my options. I went back to Honda Cars in Everett (now McGovern Honda) and saw John Fitzpatrick. John discussed the pros and cons of buying and leasing. We chatted for a while. We talked about my current insurance company and how unhappy I was with the way they handled my no fault accident. He was very understanding and he "knew a guy" that I should talk to. Anyway, he sent me on a test drive in a brand new 2021 CRV. It fit like a glove! I came back and ended up buying the same car in white. This was all after 6PM. I signed papers, was ushered into the fiance room, called the new insurance guy, and drove out of the dealership the next day in my brand new Honda! The process was so smooth and everyone at McGovern was so accommodating. If you're looking for a new or used car, go to John Fitzpatrick (Fitzy) at McGovern and tell him I sent you! Lol.
