I never write reviews but these guys are the best! So I bought a 2014 certified preowned CRV back in 2015 with John Fitzpatrick. It was a real smooth experience and John was great! I don’t know much about bought a 2014 certified preowned CRV back in 2015 with John Fitzpatrick. It was a real smooth experience and John was great! I don’t know much about cars in general and he was very helpful answering my questions and getting all the paperwork done in a timely manner. It’s now 2020 and John still checks in to see how everything is going with the car. This week I had a problem with my car and I brought it to a shop near me. Turns out I needed a new drive shaft and it was going to cost me $3000 out of pocket! I called John right away and he set me up with Ryan Foley, who was going to see if I was covered under Honda warranty. In less than 30 min I was at the store and in 20 minutes they both managed to squeeze me in and get my car fixed. Ryan was nice enough to offer me a vehicle while mine was getting serviced. 2 hours later he called me to say the vehicle was done and it was covered! Happiest day ever! I really can’t stress enough how professional and helpful they were. It was really an overall stressful (for me) experience and they managed to help me out in a timely manner with no added stress. I highly recommend using their services if you have any issues with your Honda or if you just want to buy a new car! More
