From our mortgage company misapplying payments and very nearly wrecking our credit to our insurance company messing up the paperwork quite a few times but John and Honda Cars of Boston were right there with us. They made sure we had everything we needed to fix all the mistakes and were infinitely patient while we dealt with an insane amount of potentially disastrous errors.
