As someone who has never purchased a car before, I probably looked like a pretty easy target for a dealership looking to make a quick buck. My experience at Honda Cars of Boston couldn't have been farther from that. John was professional, realistic with my price range, and respectful. I never once felt like anyone was trying to take advantage of me. John took great care of me throughout the whole process, and Rich was very helpful with all of the paperwork. They talked me through all my possible options without being pushy. I now have a car I'm extremely happy with that won't break my bank account. I knew of two models I wanted and went in with my nephew. After looking around and picking a vehicle, met John, who is a neighborhood boy and a friendly guy, without being overboard. We got to talk, told him what my budget was and we worked a deal for a lease vehicle. They moved very quickly and John kept me informed with every update and had the vehicle the same day with no pain what so ever. I like to think, John, at least on his own is changing the image of a car salesman. They are in the Business of selling a product and you can’t sell that product if you’re not taking care of the customer and helping them to get what they want, without breaking the bank. Integrity abounds here! From my very first Internet question sent late on a weekend night, they were nothing but professional, responsive, respectful, and helpful. They also had the best price of the 6 dealerships I communicated with, and this price was offered on my first request! They answered my many questions and requests for numbers quickly and completely. Over the course of my entire transaction I dealt with no fewer than 10 individuals from Internet sales, floor sales, finance, accessories purchase, to the receptionist in the showroom, and it is very obvious that the kind and professional treatment I received is representative of the culture and attitude of the entire dealership.
