Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly, and there to provide any help or assistance that they could. At this dealership, you are not a walking checkbook, you are a person!! John Fitzpatrick was wonderful to work with. When I walked in with my original budget, he didn't take me to cars that were out of my price range. In fact, he was comfortable (provided I was, too) just taking down my information and contacting me when something came in that might be of interest. THEN! When I found a car that I was interested in, but well out of my original price range, I wasn't stonewalled like other dealerships. They were able to help me out on the price quite a bit, and never once did I feel pressured to make the purchase. I put a deposit down that night, and drove away next day!! John is the most alert, energetic, funny, straightforward sales representative I have ever met. I've been to many dealers before in searching for a car for my girlfriend and then my own car. John has been the best sales rep to date. He took the edge out of the car buying experience and negotiated a fair deal. No time was inefficiently wasted. He walked quickly. He presented his sales objectives but was keen on finding the correct sale for me. There was no bull$#!^. The whole experience felt similar to buying a new pair of work boots. The shoe fit and I walked away feeling confident and comfortable in the car and the sale. John brought service to sales. His job felt definitively to assist me at Honda. I strongly feel as though he could better serve Honda in a regional sales training position. His time would be better served teaching other people how to bring what he brings to the table. Hustle, integrity, intuition, and personality. He should write a book. When he retires his name will be a sales explitive. Ex. "I'm going to pull a Fitzing Fitzpatrick out of my fitz and bring this Jfitzing dealership twice as far past the sales quota for this quarter; it's the mother Fitzing fitzalina wine mixer." I am telling everyone that when it comes to sales, he's the best in the business. If you don't buy that then you can go fitz yourself. More
