I was told that he was the most honest car dealer they have ever dealt with. I am a single mom and I have been taken advantage of in the past by different car salesman. I couldn't believe how wonderful Mr. Fitzpatrick was. He was kind, considerate, and totally Honest. He made my experience so comfortable. He made sure that I understood everything about the 2014 Honda Civic I was purchasing for my daughter. I never, at any time felt pressured. The Employees in the Finance Department also made me feel comfortable. My overall experience was Excellent. I am recommending this dealership, and most of all John Fitzpatrick to all of my family and all of my 1,600 friends on Facebook!!! Thanks to John my Daughter is Extremely Happy :) More

John was amazing, honest, and straightforward and continued to call and follow up even after a week of having the car. AJ made the financing part very easy to understand and made sure I was clear with the entire process before I left. Spending time around the dealership it was clear that everyone there enjoyed their job and liked to have fun. It is a great atmosphere and they really make you feel welcomed. At no point did I ever feel like I was being worked over, like in other dealerships I had been to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! More

He was very informative, answered all of my questions, and made me very comfortable with the entire process (considering it was my first time buying a car). The only negative part of the whole car-buying experience for me was the insurance part, and John kept in touch with me every step of the way. He definitely went above and beyond for me, and I have heard from others that he has done the same for them. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
