Everyone in there was very pleasant! I am fairly new to the Boston area and was in the process of looking for a dependable car for my commute. But when I got to Boston Honda, what I didn't know is what kind of service i would receive! I was directed to John Fitzpatrick of sales. Feeling a little lost and confused as to what would be the best car to buy (new/used/lease/buy), John was nothing short of a wealth of information. He made my buying decision easy, worry-free and above all, comfortable. I asked him loads of questions, since I wasn't exactly sure what would be the best fit for me, and he helped me crunch numbers and get me down to the bottom line. Quickly learning that he had daughters around my same age, I felt completely at ease that he was steering me in the right direction. Having my dad all the way in California, I was so grateful that John could understand my needs and find a great car to fit not just my lifestyle, but price range as well! Honda Cars of Boston, along with all employees I encountered in the purchase of my Honda CRV, were exceptional at both knowledge and customer treatment. My kids and I felt welcome, respected, liste encountered in the purchase of my Honda CRV, were exceptional at both knowledge and customer treatment. My kids and I felt welcome, respected, listened to and we in turn trusted the salesman Fitzy, as well as the owner, the internet sales manager and the finance manager. When the sale was complete we felt like we were the only ones in the dealership (which was always busy) due to the attention we received as the car was brought around! There was never any pressure, and unneccessary 'salesy' talk, the establishment was clean, bright, safe and welcoming. As a mom of 4, I highly recommend Honda Cars of Boston, as well as the Honda brand, for your consideration of your next purchase. More
