From the first time I spoke to John Fontaine (Porsche Brand Specialist) on the phone, I could sense this was going to be a great experience purchasing my CPO 997 and it was! John has lots of product knowledge with a NO high pressure approach! Tom Woods (General Sales Manager) also contributed his confidence in the sale. Ted Rittenberg (Business Manager) offed me many financial options to buy my Porsche! And Brook Lavoie (Client Experience Manager) was very helpful in retrieving all the service history for my 911. Pressure sales don't take time to notice you. These guys will push a sale on you harder then you have ever had to deal with. John was not so bad but the one manager Thomas Wood had no care for wh These guys will push a sale on you harder then you have ever had to deal with. John was not so bad but the one manager Thomas Wood had no care for what I was asking or saying. Honestly at some points he seem to try and insult me in passive ways when I asked for the Car Fax of a Range Rover Evoque. It got to the pint that I had to make clear that an attempt in pressuring me to buy the car was going to end the conversation of a sale eventually if continued. If you aren't spending money on a new Porsche or Audi or just simply look the part (can you afford this pertebtious attitude) you won't get noticed at this dealership. I stood in the Lobby with no other customers, Thom was on the phone ignoring me the whole time after making eye contact multiple times and picking up separate phone calls while doing so. It took till I asked a nice sales woman from the Audi side of the dealership who went and grabbed John apperently ( prior owner ) and salesman of the car. Tim swooped in Just as we took a seat at John's desk then brought me to his. After telling me multiple times on how this is the "best car you can find in the area", "no one can beat it!" And bad mouthing all other dealerships in the area. He went on to tell me how many Porsche he sold that day and how no one else was helping him there. I could go on in depth on the actual rude and somewhat uncomfortable experience I got at this dealership. If you want to work with a dealership that bad mouths all the other guys, could care less about you unless you are paying a lot of money and look like you have money, then don't waste your time with this place. John you and ai know I emailed you asking for a set date for the work you guys said and eventually did fix in my car. You ignored me then played dumb when I showed up at the dealership. Then have the audacity for you and your shop staff to pretend you can't fix the work your coworker in service who told me earlier in the week that the work could be done this past Saturday anytime after 10:30. I show up and try to say you can't do the work because again, the technicians are not in to do the simple and easy work of replacing the plastic back casing of the cars driver seat. Sad thing is the Jeep I sold to them was from the Herb Jeep dealership in Dancers where I had a great experience and thought I would get here. But obviously they hire "certain types of salesmen for, specific financially demographic fitting individuals". What a shame. More

From the time I called to my purchase and exit, everything was efficient and pleasurable, John was very clear on what he could and could not do which made my options very easy. John is a professional that does not need to sell but truly wants to deliver an experience that means something to the client. Josh was great to work with as well. He was quick, funny and well versed in his niche. He was focused and precise about the options I had with the car. The whole experience was a true pleasure. Dealing with my wife when she found out what I did was another story lol. I highly recommend the professionalism, expertise and ease of this dealership to anyone in the market. More
