I was looking for a specific Model Vehicle, a 2022 Infinity XC80 Sensory AWD, and Depaula Ford came up as having one. I inquired online through cars.com and received a call from Amy not more than 30 Infinity XC80 Sensory AWD, and Depaula Ford came up as having one. I inquired online through cars.com and received a call from Amy not more than 30 minutes later. I then Spoke with Jim to speak about the car, work the credit apps, and talk pricing. I was then handed off to John Fulgan. John handled everything from then on out and was an absolute pleasure to work with, he even went in and walked the car documenting any scratches that it had then had them buffed out before my arrival. I was traveling in from out of state and we worked a deal for the very next day. The Vehicle was as expected and the entire buying process was the simplest and most streamlined I have yet to experience. Will do the 100-mile drive back to this dealer when I need another Vehicle.
