Oh my gosh where to start? When I went into Ford I was hoping just to get some information on a vehicle and figure out what I want, I had an appointment set with John and I’m so lucky it was him! Not only hoping just to get some information on a vehicle and figure out what I want, I had an appointment set with John and I’m so lucky it was him! Not only did he find the perfect vehicle for me on the first try he was able to help me with financing where other dealerships couldn’t and was more than happy to do to that on his own and then got the car serviced and detailed for me in the same day, which I get most dealerships do but again, I went in not thinking I would get to leave with a vehicle and he worked his magic and made it happen for me. He was super friendly and kind and easy to ask questions, I would highly recommend asking for him if you ever need to go in to buy a vehicle. Nic was also a huge help, I wasn’t with him long but when you’re in the dealership for a couple hours already you want to leave and he was super efficient with paperwork, he explained everything and got me out in 10 minutes! Thank you again John and Nic! you made the experience fun and super easy 10/10 :) More

I was in search of a new car. So I googled places that would work with people with not so good credit and found Hudson ford I was contacted by Dani kirch-Whitmore and she was so easy to work with. Spoke clearly and slowly and answered all my questions set me up with a meeting with John George! I came in and explained what I ideally was looking for and needed. And. My current situation didn’t think anything would work . Not going to lie I was anxious nervous because other dealers I have dealt with in the past were. Not so fun. But John he’s one of a kind! He listened to my wants and needs. He laughed at my jokes. And truly showed that he cared about finding me the best deal not over selling me or making me feel pressured he explained to me in great detail. Ever step. And even tho we couldn’t find the car I wanted with the sun roof and touch screen. He didn’t give up he’s Persistent and doesn’t give up. At all he made a deal work that fits better with my budget and I drove off with a 2017 escape and to be honest I’m glad this was the car I got. I absolutely love how it drives. And handles. I feel safer. He made the whole process go fast and quick and painless! He communicated with me every step of the way and never once made me feel like I was just another customer. I felt like a special customer he’s always peppy and seems to enjoy getting to know his clients. Not just on the car aspect but also personally and for me that’s a huge part of customer service. Hudson ford is extremely lucky to have him and I sure will be Recommending other to see him. Levi is also superb he quick but spoke clear and answered all the questions I needed. A huge Thank you to all of you For all you do for being safe during this pandemic but also so kind I absolutely love my new car. We have 4 boys and are almost always bringing them from place to place so in the vehicle a lot! We knew we needed to get a bigger vehicle but also knew that we couldn’t afford huge payments. We ended up at Hudson ford looking at different vehicle (which didn’t work out) but after talking with John George we found the perfect vehicle for our family. There were a couple hick ups that needed to be worked out but the whole time John kept in touch always saying he knew he could get everything taken care of. He did! it was absolutely amazing and not the horrible car buying experience that I had heard about from friends. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Hudson ford! All the staff that we had seen while we were there answered every question we had and were very polite. They go out of their way to make the customers experience a great one!
